Your property goes live across channels. We manage bookings, guests, cleaning and maintenance, with clear owner statements and updates.

Most properties are fully live within a few weeks, depending on readiness and photography.

20% commission on rental income (excl. VAT)

Yearly renewal fee of 1/2 a month

Individual services are available when needed and only charged when used.

Monthly property check: €75 / month
Maintenance labour: €45 first hour · €33 additional hours
Purchases & deliveries: €17.50 per trip + small margin
Administration fee: €7.50 / month (only when maintenance occurs)

Larger works and renovations are always quoted and approved in advance. All prices exclude VAT.

Guest support overview

Before arrival: clear pre-arrival information and check-in instructions via email or WhatsApp.

During the stay: personal or self check-in where appropriate, plus a local contact for questions and basic troubleshooting.

Cleanliness & care: professional cleaning coordination, with mid-stay linen changes or extra cleans arranged on request.

Extras: baby equipment, transfers, welcome hampers and additional services available on request.
