The company was established in 2013 in Marbella when clients who had bought properties from the founder’s real estate firm began inquiring about renting out their houses as a holiday rental property to generate additional income.
Over time, the company expanded its operations, and by 2023, it had grown to manage a portfolio of more than 70 properties. As the demand for additional services grew, the rental management and real estate firms merged, with rental management becoming the company’s core business.
