We will check the property check for leakages, check alarm systems, ventilate the property, check garden and pool, water plants if necessary and any other requests can be discussed. We will provide monthly reports on this and conclude pre and after storm inspections.
Our cleaning team can clean on demand, do pre-season or deep cleanings, laundry, and small pre-stay cleanings.
We can provide weekly pool cleaning and gardening (once a week in summer and spring, once per two weeks in autumn and winter)
We can help you with quarterly tax declarations, our accountants will set up direct debits, make tax declarations and advice you where necessary
In order to rent your property we can help you obtain your tourist license with the Junta de Andalucia
We can help you set up contracts for amenities and help solve problems and answer questions.
Energy certificates are needed when selling a property. We have technicians that can make these.
We arrange your pick up with a transport company.
Before the renting season starts we can check the systems in your house like ac units, heating, pool system, waste tanks, light bulbs, and if necessary paint. If any machinery needs repair or replacing we will quote you. Small repairs will be included but for larger repairs and paintwork we can quote you and apply a discount depending on Management plan. We will change defective lightbulbs, only material prices will be charged.
We have highly advanced equipment to make property photos and virtual tours and we work with professionals with drones and video equipment. We can employ professional copywriters for attractive descriptions if requested.
You might want us to check when an alarm is going of or when there is any reason that you want someone to check your property.
