A very comfortable modern villa in the area Costabella, Marbella. It offers a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed between a main house with two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a separate apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, its own kitchen and living area.
The location only a short walk to the beach could not be better. Several beach restaurants like Luuma beach, Bono's beach, Siroko and Nosso are within walking distance as well as shopping facilities and a couple of bars. The area is very quiet and perfect for families.
The large open plan living/dining/kitchen area has high ceilings and light shining in from all four sides. It has large sliding doors giving access to the terrace and garden area. The whole house has air-conditioning and underfloor heating for in the winter. Even in the master bathroom underneath the natural stone bath there is heating.
The kitchen has all modern appliance and even an integrated coffee maker and wine fridge. The pool area is very private and has a large decking around for sunbathing.
The villa in Marbella has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.
The villa is tastefully-furnished, is ample, and is 195 m².

We hebben een top verblijf gehad. Ideaal dat we heel makkelijk naar onze favoriete strandtentjes konden lopen. Patrick reageerde snel en heeft zelfs nog badlakens voor ons geregeld, heel lief. Makkelijke communicatie en service was top! Huis was van alle gemakken voorzien.

Disappointing stay for the price and expectations created by the listing. Villa Madrugada looks beautiful and has clearly had money spent on design, but the execution and maintenance are very poor. The bedroom air conditioning was not working; only the living room unit worked. Several lights and the coffee beans machine also had issues. Wifi very poor. The bathrooms and bedrooms showed deterioration, mould and water… Disappointing stay for the price and expectations created by the listing. The bathrooms and bedrooms showed deterioration, mould and water infiltration. The main bathroom shower looked nice but was poorly functional and felt cheap and outdated. Cleanliness and amenities were also below standard: dirty fridge, some glasses with lip marks, almost no supplies, no amenities, no spare bin bags for a 5-night self-service stay. Waste disposal was unclear, were told to use public bins and make sure nobody saw us, which we refused. Staff came only the next day with a portable AC unit, but it was ineffective. Nice design and potential, but far too many maintenance, cleanliness and functionality issues for this level.
