We raised the patio door is extremely hard to open, we were schooled on why heavy glass is used and laughed at - asked if we wanted him to stay to open it. It's broken, the wheel bearings need fixing. Still, glad he felt comfortable to tuck into our snacks.I contacted Reiner, explaining aircon urgency- 30°C inside & our baby was struggling. He repeatedly spoke over me before hanging up.In desperation, we suggested solutions. We got 1 aircon unit (3 rooms) but fans were not possible despite being "proactive" & "doing all we can"I requested a refund for 2 nights. Even now, Reiner is behaving with a complete lack of decency.

It wasn’t a major problem, but a heads-up beforehand would have been helpful, as security is important.Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed the property.

Everything about the stay was 5*. Location, amenities and also the internal finishes. We stayed here with our 3 children and the pool on the balcony and main area was great fun for all. You do need a car to access other areas but this was no problem for us. Close to Peurto Banús and other local areas. The only downfall we had was unfortunately the apartment got broken into while we were in our beds and multiple des… Everything about the stay was 5*. We did not lock the balcony door but considering we were located on the first floor we did not think this would have been an issue. Everything about the apartment was lovely but this did make us feel unsafe that someone was watching us and stole from us. Only concern would be to make sure you lock up all balcony doors and do not leave any valuables out. This is out of the control of the owners but it would have been good to know that crime rates are high in the area and to take extra precautions as we believed this was a safe crime free zone.
