This is really lovely apartment, but we underestimated how steep the hill was up from the beach. On the map it looks easily walkable but I am a pretty fit person who always walks 10,000 steps every day but this challenged me! I do think it would be good to mention you really need a car to tackle the hill or an uber budget as parking in Rincon is difficult. Very clean and new apartment, missing a few lived in touches… This is really lovely apartment, but we underestimated how steep the hill was up from the beach. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs Meer war definitiv ein Highlight der Wohnung.Die Betten waren bequem. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen: Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Rückweg vom Strand zur Wohnung ist aufgrund der Lage auf einem Hügel zwar machbar, man sollte dafür jedoch gut zu Fuß sein… Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Der Check-In erst um 18.00 Uhr war für uns zu spät. Die Nutzung der Fußbodenheizung wurde uns nicht gestattet , obwohl es Ende März noch recht kühl in der Wohnung war. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage konnte die Räume zudem nicht ausreichend auf die gewünschte Temperatur aufheizen. Zudem ist das Besteck und Geschirr leider nur begrenzt vorhanden, was für eine vierköpfige Familie etwas unpraktisch ist.

Zeer net en schoon appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt, maar ook niet meer dan dat, ook niet minder. Het binnenrijden met auto op eigen afgesloten parking is zeker het vermelden waard. Je parkeert, stapt uit en binnen 10 seconden sta je in het appartement. We waren tijdens een wat "slecht weer" situatie en hadden de verwarming graag wat hoger gehad ook omdat 1 van ons niet helmaal lekker was. Hel… Zeer net en schoon appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt, maar ook niet meer dan dat, ook niet minder. Het binnenrijden met auto op eigen afgesloten parking is zeker het vermelden waard. Je parkeert, stapt uit en binnen 10 seconden sta je in het appartement. We waren tijdens een wat "slecht weer" situatie en hadden de verwarming graag wat hoger gehad ook omdat 1 van ons niet helmaal lekker was. Helaas bleek de verwarmingen niet te bedienen, of tenminste, die reageerde nergens op.+ Locatie + Alles nog nieuw + Mooi appartementen complex. + Gemak van parkeren en appartement betreden. + Uitzicht + Schoon! + Rustig (zolang de buren niet op balkon zitten) + Goede host met duidelijke en goede communicatie.- Verwarming niet te bedienen - Luidruchtige ventilatie
