I was attracted to the property because of its location and the reviews; however, the actual experience did not meet these reviews. The bed is quite small for a double bed and the mattress and pillows are of a poor quality and very uncomfortable.For three days we had loud noise coming from next door where maintenance work was being carried out during the weekend and right into the night. The bed is quite small for a double bed and the mattress and pillows are of a poor quality and very uncomfortable.For three days we had loud noise coming from next door where maintenance work was being carried out during the weekend and right into the night. As a matter of fact, they were working till 9:30pm. In addition, in two separate occasions, our allocated car park spot was used by someone else, so we had to park outside and far from the building at the worst possible time specially it was heavy rain period. Very unpleasant.Last but not least, it seems the only entrance and exit to the building was through the garage which is odd. If there was one, we were not told about it.

Super beau logement, notre hôte Patrick était très réactif et flexible. Un appartement de qualité dans une zone résidentielle calme et sécurisé. A proximité de marbella centre 4min en voiture et puerto Banus 10min en voiture. Excellent emplacement pour le prix. Obligation d’avoir une voiture dans cette région. L’appart est propre, les équipements sont très biens, la cuisine est très petite par contre mais fait l’affa… Super beau logement, notre hôte Patrick était très réactif et flexible.
