Lovely clean comfortable apartment in Costalita residence. We were met by a friendly chap to check in and were shown around the apartment. We were also given restaurant recommendations We didn´t hire a car but used the local buses which were cheap and reliable to get around. Recommended for a couples break - quiet but what we expected in mid October.

Advised hosts that we are 2 friends traveling and could either bed be split into 2 x twin beds or if not the sofa bed in living area be converted into bed. Person who meet us with the keys texted the day before to confirm time of arrival, which was 12.30 but said that property would not be available until 1700, however through correspondence he meet us at 1500 with the keys but said that this was not a hotel and couldn’t make up another bed. We asked if there were any extra bedding and he said he didnt know. We did find a sheet & duvet which we used to make up the extra bed. (Lucky for us) So the property was on the 2nd floor (was not advised of this at time of booking) so not very accessible for people with limited mobility. Keys were for apartment but also for gates to gain access to the grounds. This was fine until we were leaving…. Arrived down with our bags but no way out of the complex… lucky for us a vehicle was leaving so we could get out to our transfer behind them. For future guests maybe a code for the gate would be helpful.

Justo al lado de la playa, bonita urbanización y muy cómodo. Recomendable!!

Schöne, kleine, gemütliche, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Nah am Meer, schöne täglich gepflegte Grünanlage. Gesamte Anlage mit Schlüssel Zugang, immer Parkplatz nah bei Wohnung. Praktisch Waschmaschine in Wohnung, inkl. Waschständer. Nette und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch Yuliana (früherer CheckIn und CheckOut, danke)

Nespresso Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht und wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Filterkaffeemaschine soll verwendet werden. Wenig Geschirr (Kaffeelöffel, Gläser, keine Tupperware oder ähnliches). Pool (Boden) Mosaiksteine fehlten. Liegestühle beim Pool teilweise sehr durchgelegen.

Het appartement bevindt zich op een afgesloten terrein met allemaal appartement gebouwen en een gezamenlijk zwembad. Dit appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste woonlaag (geen lift). Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht en heel verzorgd alles is aanwezig qua apparatuur. Op loopafstand van een tof strandtentje. Verder is een auto aan te bevelen.

Apartment was well situated and pool area was lovely. Some lovely bar/restaurants close by and costal path good for walking. Only fault would be that there were no wine glasses!
