New wonderful country villa located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença.
The first thing you will find in this friendly vill is a large porch to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. Upon entering there is a living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and others. These 2 rooms have access to the outdoor area of the property.
You will also find 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 of them with two lovely single beds and the main room with a double bed. All of them share 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub.
This villa is ideal for families with young children. You can enjoy other amenities such as the ping pong table and an impressive barbecue area that you can use at any time and in any weather as it is covered. This outdoor area has a shower room.
Pollença is only 4 km away and is located at the northernmost point of the Serra de Tramuntana, the largest mountain range and nature reserve on the island and is surrounded by different types of landscape. In the beautiful old town you will find numerous supermarkets, pharmacies, boutiques, varied restaurants and cafés.
The old town of Pollença with its winding streets and imposing houses proves that Pollensa was already an important and rich town in the past.
Puerto de Pollença is about 4 km away. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, which are partly protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula.

Very nice villa, we really enjoyed the place, the garden and the pool. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and this was perfect. Appreciated the fact that the pool is secured. This is also perfectly located 10min drive from Pollenca and just a few minutesmorsee more

Großes Grundstück,optimal um sich zu erholen. Bei Problemen wurde einem sofort geholfen. Es ist gefühlt im Niemandsland,ohne Auto geht es nicht.Aber genau das wollten wir. Geschirr etc war genügend vorhanden.

der Außenbereich war unser Highlight! der Pool war super aber auch die Grillecke war einfach perfekt. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem was wir anfangs nicht dachten. zum Selbstversorgen war eigtl alles da, nur eine Kaffeemaschine würde fehlen.
