This would be the perfect villa for a family holiday for 6 people. You can also book the family villa "Can Tomeu" for another 8 guests, which is right next door.
This charming villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, only 1.5 km from the village of Pollensa with restaurants, shops, museums and much more. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away.
When you enter the lovingly prepared house, you will find on the right side a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a spacious table for your meals.
On the opposite side is a bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden.
Down the stairs you reach two bedrooms, one with an en suite shower and the other with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. Both have 2 single beds.
On the second floor you will see the master bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The outdoor area is perfectly designed to spend a lot of time outside until late at night. The large pool invites for a cool refreshment during the hot summer days.
The dream beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are only 4 km away.
Other facilities include sun loungers, a barbecue, table tennis for active holidaymakers, a toilet and spacious covered terraces to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Important: It should be noted that the holiday home has fibre optic internet, which allows for a fast home office.

We found villas 360 very easy to correspond with via WhatsApp and they were very quick to respond to any questions. Instructions on access were sent via WhatsApp in advance and were very clear. |

With a car both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are within easy reach. We did catch the bus one day (very efficient bus service from the main road) but found the traffic on the side road from the villa to the main road rather dangerous. Villas 360 cannosee more

We, a family of five, stayed a week at Can Bajoca and were all very satisfied with the stay. Especially the outdoor facilities are very comfortable with a nice pool area, a covered patio with both a lounge and a dining area and a beautiful and avery well kept garden. The pool and the garden was serviced several times during our stay. The area is rural and quite but still within only a short distance to Pollenca and the beaches at Puerto Pollenca and Cala Sant Vincenc. There is a nice view of the surrounding mountains. If we should point out some areas of improvement, it would be the kitchen. The kitchen and the kitchen equipment is a bit worn and could need a renewal. In addition the beds in two of the bedrooms are a bit short for Nordic sizes. Still, we all had an very enjoyable week and would not hesitate to come back.

The property was very clean and towels and sheets were changed weekly and suited all our needs. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and as we hired a car we found it was a perfect base to explore the rest of the island.

The villa is big, with pool, barbecue area, big table for dinners / breakfasts and chill zone. The wi-fi speed was good enough to have work calls (as we've been at workation). The communication with host was fine: Pep was able to arrange an early check-in for us and helped with some following questions we had regarding accommodation. If you have a car, there won't be any problems to get to the beach - it just 8min driving. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Super schöne und private Anlage mit ruhiger Umgebung und relativ guter Lage. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit in den Nachbarstädten und am Strand, man benötigt jedoch auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Anlage ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen schöneingerichtet. Eine coole Lounge außen direkt am Pool, die perfekt zum chillen abends geeignet ist. Innen relativ modern eingerichtet mit so gut wie allem was man braucht. Einziges Problem stellte die nicht komplett funktionierende Klimaanlage dar, die man nicht auf die gewünschte Temperatur einstellen konnte. Ansonsten gab es von unserer Seite nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit dem/der Besitzer/in, die uns bei jeder Frage sehr zeitnah eine passende Antwort geben konnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
