Description
Small and charming house set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in front of the sea and the beach, with astonishing views. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity.
This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area. There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom. Outside there is a friendly terrace with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains.
There is also a terrace with sun loungers that belongs to the property, near the sea. A wonderful place to enjoy the sea, the calm and the views for an amazing holidays.
There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful beaches and excursion centres are all nearby.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet (1000 MB) to be able to telework.
Cala Sant Vicente is a small resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches and a few bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.
The place is made for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, in a secluded location.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are close by. The beautiful crystal clear beach of Cala Molins is only 50 metres away.
The old town of Pollensa is only a 10 minute drive away and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. There is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafes to suit the individual tastes of visitors.
For many years artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable. The restaurants provide Spanish hospitality and have delicious fresh fish on the menu. In the morning it was sometimes a bit noisy because of the activities restaurants. The communication was mainly via whatsapp with Home Villas 360. There was always a quick response, but somewhat business like.

We had a great holiday at this beautiful little house. It was in a great location. There is a couple of hotels next to it but they are on the other side away from the beach side so you are not affected by then and it is really quiet. There is alovelysee more

There is a couple of hotels next to it but they are on the other side away from the beach side so you are not affected by then and it is really quiet. There is alovely restaurant next to the property but again it is very quiet in the morning and does not open late. We stayed around the house a lot more than we thought we would as it was so relaxing. Also very easy to get the bus to Pollenca 10 mins away. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

The house is situated in a little bay and liturally 5 stairs away from the beach!Also our kids had the time of their life! The weather was perfect and we even had a dive into the beautifull blue and clear water! We enjoyed paella in the local restaurants, very nice trips to the natural park of Alcudia and calobra and enjoyed villages like Pollenca and Binissalem, where we had an amazing good pasta in terra di vino. Thank you Pep for giving us a great holiday!

We can just recommend it. Perfect location, one step out the door and you are are right at the beach, the apt was clean and had all those little fisherman details. We had our own sunbeds (2 for each apt) and our daughter ❤️just had the greatesttime bsee more

Het huis staat op een geweldige plek met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Het is erg fijn om een eigen terras te hebben met ligbedden. Om de zee in te gaan moet je wel even een trapje af naar het strand. Er wordt vanuit Pep heel duidelijk en snelgsee more
