Pequeña y encantadora casa situada en la Cala San Vicente, en Pollensa, Mallorca, justo frente al mar y la playa, con fabulosas vistas.
Esta antigua casa de pescador es ahora una bonita y cómoda propiedad, con un salón abierto a una graciosa cocina y al comedor.
Dispone también de dos bonitos dormitorios, uno de ellos con dos camas individuales y el otro con una cama de matrimonio, y de un baño.
En el exterior hay una terraza con una zona de comedor, desde donde se puede disfrutar de maravillosas vistas del mar y las montañas.
También dispone de una terraza con tumbonas que pertenece a la propiedad, cerca del mar. Un maravilloso lugar para disfrutar del mar, la tranquilidad y las vistas.
No es necesario alquilar un coche, ya que los supermercados, los bares, los restaurantes, las hermosas playas y los centros de excursiones están muy cerca.
Cabe destacar que disponemos de fibra óptica con internet de alta velocidad (1000 MB) para poder teletrabajar.
Cala Sant Vicente es un pequeño complejo en la rocosa costa norte y consta de tres pequeñas playas y algunos bares y restaurantes. Puede explorar las otras playas a pie.
El lugar está hecho para unas vacaciones relajantes en Mallorca, en un lugar apartado.
Supermercados, bares, restaurantes y centros de excursiones están cerca. La hermosa playa de aguas cristalinas de Cala Molins, está a sólo 50 metros de distancia.

Un emplacement idéal avec une vue magnifique A 2 pas le restaurant cala Barques qui nous a assuré un service VIP ( sur la terrasse ) avec des repas excellents et toujours de la bonne humeur. Je recommande vivement cet endroit

In the morning it was sometimes a bit noisy because of the activities restaurants. The communication was mainly via whatsapp with Home Villas 360. There was always a quick response, but somewhat business like.

We had a great holiday at this beautiful little house. It was in a great location. There is a couple of hotels next to it but they are on the other side away from the beach side so you are not affected by then and it is really quiet. There is alovelyver más

There is a couple of hotels next to it but they are on the other side away from the beach side so you are not affected by then and it is really quiet. There is alovely restaurant next to the property but again it is very quiet in the morning and does not open late. We stayed around the house a lot more than we thought we would as it was so relaxing. Also very easy to get the bus to Pollenca 10 mins away. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

The house is situated in a little bay and liturally 5 stairs away from the beach!Also our kids had the time of their life! The weather was perfect and we even had a dive into the beautifull blue and clear water! We enjoyed paella in the local restaurants, very nice trips to the natural park of Alcudia and calobra and enjoyed villages like Pollenca and Binissalem, where we had an amazing good pasta in terra di vino. Thank you Pep for giving us a great holiday!
