Description
A typical Majorcan house completely renovated and only 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre. On the back terrace is the enclosed, heated swimming pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. The house is very cool during the summer, as it is built with stone walls. It provides air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, fast internet, the house is also equipped for winter visitors with central heating and SmartTV, (600 mbps fibre optic).
The location
This property is situated in a very quiet street in the old town of Pollença, only 5 minutes from the centre. The house has two levels, on the ground floor you will find a bedroom and bathroom in the exit hall, kitchen and dining room. On this level, there is also a nice terrace with a private enclosed heated swimming pool, sun loungers, table and chairs and barbecue.
On the upper level there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, there is also a furnished terrace.
Amenities and communal areas
The swimming pool has a removable gate which is perfect for small children as it provides additional safety measures.
Other highlights
Suitable for cycling, the heated pool will only be activated between 1 November and 1 June at a cost of €150 per week. After this time, the weather here is very warm and it is not necessary to have the pool heated.

Very comfortable and cozy town house, right in the old town of Pollença, you can walk through the beautiful streets to many restaurants. The hosts gave us recommendations and helped us at all times.

This was a very easy and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, Pollenca is very accessible by bus from the airport and local buses to Port de Pollenca seemed pretty frequent as well (obviously taxis available too!). The house was very tidy and clesee more

The house was very tidy and clean and all the appliances were of a high standard. The bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch :) Would highly recommend.

Lovely townhouse in the center of Pollença. Lots of good food close by and Pep was a fantastic host - great communication and friendly. We had a big car which made driving into Pollença a little tricky as the streets are tight. But it is worth it fosee more

But it is worth it for the beautiful streets, also very quiet and with views of the mountains. the pool and the patio are also super great, our kids enjoyed a lot!

Muy buena ubicación. La casa muy limpia y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Gran patio trasero con hermosas piscinas limpias y mesas y sillas al aire libre. Muy privado y agradable. Volveremos el año que viene. Aparcar el coche fue un poco difícil, pero siempre encontré lugar.

The center of town has a lot of atmosphere but the street where the house is located is quiet, you don't have to worry about noise at night. Thanks for everything!
