Welcome to this fantastic beachfront townhouse in a great location with plenty of amenities nearby. The tropical gardens and direct access to the beach would make for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. It's great that there are also restaurants just outside the gate, and the walking distance to everything is very convenient.

The apartment itself sounds very spacious and well-equipped with 4 bedrooms and enough room for 8 people. The modern renovation and tasteful furnishings also sound like a nice touch. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions like San Pedro Alcantara and Puerto Banus make this a very convenient location for exploring the area.

The garden, garden furniture, and BBQ would be great for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the sunshine. The availability of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and multiple TVs is also very convenient. The covered parking outside the front door is a nice touch for those arriving by car.
