Large penthouse for 4 persons with amazing panoramic views located in the area La Mairena in the hills above Elviria, Marbella.
The penthouse has two bedrooms for use of tenants and two bathrooms. Furthermore it has a large open plan kitchen/Living/Dining area and a very spacious terrace, partly covered and partly open.
There is are wifi internet available and IPTV (Internet protocol TV). Tenants can make free use of the facilities of nearby El Soto clubhouse; golf, tennis, padel, gym and spa.
The complex has a pool area with sun loungers around.
The clubhouse also has a restaurant on site. The area La Mairena is located in a natural protected area (Unesco biosphere) but is still only 7 kilometres away from the best beaches of Marbella. Marbella town can be reached by car in 15 minutes and the same goes for Fuengirola.
La Mairena is a beautiful natural and peaceful surrounding but only 7 kilometres from the best beaches of Marbella and 15 minutes driving into Marbella town.
It is a Unesco protected biosphere with great ecological importance as there is a native cork oak forest with beautiful trails full of wildlife like foxes, wild boar and deer.

Nous avons récupéré les clés avec Tulio qui parle français. Nous avions eu son numéro un peu avant, via la messagerie booking. Nous l'avons appelé la veille et avons convenu d'un horaire le lendemain. L'appartement est grand et très bien équsee more
Nous avons récupéré les clés avec Tulio qui parle français. Nous avions eu son numéro un peu avant, via la messagerie booking. Nous l'avons appelé la veille et avons convenu d'un horaire le lendemain. L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé. La cuisine est ultra équipée, il y a vraiment tout, aussi bien en electromenagé qu'en ustensiles. Des jeux, des magazines. Une machine à laver et un sèche linge de qualité. Très belle terrasse avec 2 store-bannes pour le matin. jolie table ronde de jardin avec fauteuils où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Un carrefour market à 10 minutes de voiture pour faire les courses. La piscine est au bas de l'immeuble, il n'y a jamais beaucoup de monde en même temps, plein de transats et même des toilettes. Les residences sont les unes à coté des autres, mais tout est tres calme. Jolie vue lointaine sur la mer. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Beaucoup de placards et de cintres. 2 salles d'eau avec leur 2 wc. L'accès est facile Rue Victoria Kent, le portail avec les numéros 7-8-9-10-11-12. Localisation idéale pour faire le joli village de Mijas à 30 minutes, avec les ânes taxi la randonnée au Caminito del rey à 1h de route, la plage de Fuengirolla à 15 minutes.

Petit bémol tout de même : tout d'abord, nous avons une grosse voiture et pour nous le parking est important. La place de parking attribuée à l'appartement est occupée, au bout, par la moto des propriétaires. De ce fait notre voiture dépassait see more

La place de parking attribuée à l'appartement est occupée, au bout, par la moto des propriétaires. De ce fait notre voiture dépassait sur le parking. Je ne trouve pas cela correct. Cela fait longtemps que c'est comme ça apparement. Voir photo. Les lits se composent de 2 matelas accolés sur le même cadre de lit. J'avais mal regardé les photos. Des ados ne peuvent pas se séparer, comme ils le feraient avec 2 lits d'une personne. Le plus ennuyeux, pour mon mari et moi c'est que, comme les ados, nous avions 2 petites couettes, une chacun, taille enfant. Au lieu d'une seule, de grande taille. Comme le matelas etait assez dur, de très bonne qualité neanmoins, nous avons passé la nuit à nous battre avec nos couettes riquiqui. J'ai failli acheter une grande housse de couette sur place. Je conseille donc d'apporter une housse de couette grande taille. Enfin un peu déçus, car en guise de transats sur la terrasse il y 2 mauvais lits d'appoint. voir photo.Donc ils ne sont pas inclinables. Effectivement on le voit sur les photos. C'est trompeur. Et le beau et énorme BBQ pour lequel nous avions craqué en photo nous imaginant faire de belles grillades est protégé par une housse et des sangles à codes, réservé aux propriétaires. Je ne trouve pas cela correct non plus, il aurait fallu l'exclure de la photo. Voilà pourquoi je ne mets que 8 ! Pour moi c'est un appartement Confortable, mais je ne dirais pas luxueux comme dans l'enoncé ! Il faut sortir les poubelles dans la rue où se trouvent des grand containers. Pas de local poubelle dans les residences. C'est comme ça partout.
