The building is located in a new neighbourhood with gorgeous views of the town of Estepona, sea and mountain views. The Wednesday weekly market happens just outside your doorstep, and the Sunday market is just a short stroll down to the Port. From the apartment it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the port, beach or city centre, If you are looking for something more, the Centro Deportivo Las Mesas is just down the street with paddle ball courts, commercial sized gym, fitness trainers and more.

Located in a lovely new upscale neighbourhood, the villa has everything you need for a long or short term stay, very nicely decorated with comfortable and modern decor.
The bedrooms were well furnished and outfitted, as were the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The modern kitchen was a delight to cook in.
There is a beautiful outdoor pool and children's pool. If you are a paddleball enthusiast, Las Messes paddle and gym is a ten minute walk from the villa. Estepona and the whole of the Costa Del Sol are surrounded by wonderful golf courses.
Old town Estepona is full of shops and restaurants and only a 20 minute walk….or stroll down to the beach or the port area. It’s only a five minute walk to the market on a Wednesday morning or maybe take in the market in the port on a Sunday morning.
With easy access to the A7/AP-7, Gibraltar was a 40 minute drive and Soto grande was 30 minutes away. The unit is also a short drive to San Pedro and Puerto Banus two lovely towns along the Costa Del Sol. There is plenty to do and see in Estepona or spend your day soaking up the sun by the pool or on your lovely terrace.

From the booking date until 31 days before the check-in, there is no cancellation penalty
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
