This three bedroom luxury apartment with a large covered south facing terrace is located in the area of Reserva de Alcuzcuz in the building called Botanic. Entering the premises pretty quickly it is clear why this name was chosen as the gardens are a small paradise of a mixture of one part Mediterranean style vegetation and the other part tropical vegetation. Within the grounds there are several walkways connecting the buildings and two pools.
The spacious apartment has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with large sliding doors opening to the terrace making sure you can enjoy the amazing view from the comfort from the sofa and even from the kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the backside of the property with north facing windows and the master suite opens up to the front terrace.
