La casa está situada en primera linea del mar y a pocos metros la playa natural. Dispone de una amplia terraza con una zona de comedor y una hermosa piscina.
La planta baja consiste en una habitación en suite, un salón comedor con una cocina, con un gran ventanal abierto hacia la terraza y la piscina, que ofrece bellas vistas del mar. Escaleras arriba encontramos un precioso dormitorio con fabulosas vistas y un baño en suite. El lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del mar y de toda la isla.
La propiedad cuenta con parking privado
(Existe la posibilidad de alquilar la casa gemela de al lado)

Die Häuser Tamarells 1 und 2 (wir hatten beide gleichzeitig gemietet) sind traumhaft schön. Die Aussicht, der Pool und die Innenausstattung (modern, liebevoll und zweckmässig), alles wunderbar. Auch der Ort Son Serra de Marina hat uns sehr gefallen, da viele Restaurants (eines gleich nebenan) und Supermercados fussläufig zu erreichen sind, aber der Ort trotzdem ruhig ist. Pep hat jederzeit sehr schnell auf Fragen etc. reagiert. Vor Ort hat alles bestens funktioniert mit der Schlüsselbox, dem Internet usw. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had a lovely stay! It was just the perfect mix of us. The view is beautiful and the beach is in walking distance. The communication was easy and I can only recommend the stay if you are looking for a quiet get away and a relaxing vacation.

Die Unterkunft erfüllte den wow Effekt wenn man zum ersten mal Eintritt. Pep war ein super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Host. Er hat sich zeit für uns genommen, uns alles gezeigt und wunderbare Zielorte vorgeschlagen was man sich anschauensollte. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr angenehm ruhigen Ort, sodass man sich vollkommen entspannen kann. Besonders am Pool bekommt man einen guten Eindruck auf Luxus, mit dem Blick aufs Meer während man im eigenen Pool schwimmt, es ist gerade richtig für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Einwohner sind unglaublich nett, in Son Serra de Marina kann man unglaublich lecker essen gehen, oder Cocktails genießen, mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Für Kleinigkeiten gibt es 2 kleine Supermärkte, wo man sich das nötigste holen kann. Mit dem Auto kommt man innerhalb von 15 min in die Stadt Can Picafort und um die super schönen Strände zu sehen braucht man nach Alcudia nur 20-25 min. Meine Familie und Ich waren sehr glücklich sich für Peps Host entschieden zu haben und wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Noteable is: the house is not directlyon a beach where you can easily swim, there isn’t too many restaurantssupermarkets near by and downstairs bedroom had quite high humidity. We had a car and enjoyed our stay a lot making day trips to hiking trails, other cities and sights. Host was excellent and communication easy. Would recommend this apartment to others!

La personne de contact est disponible aussi en permanence ( nous avons eu besoin d’aide pour le chauffage car location en novembre). Nous étions deux adultes et deux ados pour une semaine en novembre. Le village n’est pas très animé à cette saison mais deux petits magasins sont ouverts et accessibles à pied. Je recommande sans hésitation !
