Esta villa se destaca por su ubicación ya que se encuentra en la famosa ruta GR 221 que conecta todas las rutas de senderismo de la Sierra de Tramuntana.
Aquí podrán desconectarse absolutamente, disfrutando de la zona exterior con una gran piscina, una barbacoa y un jardín grande.
La villa se desarrolla en dos plantas. El el primer piso se encuentra el salón de estar, una cocina amplia con mesa de comedor. Luego se encuentran la zona de dormitorios dos de ellos con cama matrimonial y aire acondicionado y el tercero con literas. Estos 3 comparten un baño completo con ducha.
En el segundo piso se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama matrimonial y un baño en suite completo. este tiene unos ventanales con vistas a la montaña.
Disponemos de cubos de reciclaje para cuidar del medioambiente.

El principal atractivo de Cala Sant Vicente es disfrutar de la tranquilidad y visitar las diversas playas como Cala Barques, Cala Clara y Cala Molin. Las aguas cristalinas y las formaciones rocosas hacen de Cala Sant Vicente un lugar ideal para el buceo.
En el casco antiguo de Pollença encontrará muchas oportunidades para ir de compras y una gran variedad de restaurantes. También hay un gran mercado de frutas y verduras todos los domingos.
El punto de referencia del casco antiguo son los 365 escalones y el Calvario, en cuya cima se encuentra la pequeña capilla barroca del siglo XVIII. Cada escalón simboliza un día del año.
En el ambiente histórico de Pollença se celebran numerosos actos culturales y festivales de música.

For those traveling in a larger group, should be aware that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC and the wifi doesn’t extend to any of the bedrooms downstairs. Pep was very responsive.

Wunderschöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage, die uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert hat. Der Pool, aber auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt! Da die Temperaturen uns einen Streich spielten, sorgte Pep sofort für Heizquellen, die uns den Aufenthalt im Haus angenehm machten. Pep war immer erreichbar wir konnten auch deutlich früher einchecken! Die Nähe zu Pollenca und den Einkaufsmärkte (LIDL usw.) sind perfekt. Kurz einmal Einkaufen gehen ist kein Problem! Die Zitronen, frisch von den Bäumen geerntet, sind ein Genuss! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die FINCA uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielleicht können die angeschlagenen Kaffeetassen mal ausgetauscht werden.

The villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and we were fortunate to visit when they were in full bloom so the air was full of the scent of blossom. The villa itself is spacious and very lovely. It was very clean. Everything was full functioning and working. The outdoor eating areas and BBQ are great. The pool was lovely and refreshing. There was plenty of places to sit in the sun and the shade when it was too hot. It was very quiet and private so perfect to getaway and relax. We are looking forward to returning.

Im Haus ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, es gibt reichlich Küchengeschirr, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine funktionieren, der Kühl-und Gefrierschrank ist groß, lediglich die Pfannen könnten erneuert werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage und Mückennetz am Fenster ausgestattet. Es wurde eine Zwischenreinigung nach 1Woche durchgeführt, dabei wurden Hand-und Pooltücher sowie die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief gut, Antworten kamen schnell. Wir können das Haus von Pep empfehlen!

The garden is amazing, we had some fresh lemonsoffered by the gardener, there was pomegranates, kiwis, oranges and avocados but sadly they were out of season when we went. Beautiful view from the pool and the stars at night are out of this world. There’s Eroski and Lidl supermarkets 10min drive from the house. Would definitely love to come back! ☺️
