Encantadora casa de pueblo situada en Pollensa, Mallorca, justo en el centro del casco antiguo, muy cerca del Calvario y la plaza mayor. La propiedad consiste en una hermosa sala de estar, con un piano, que conduce a un encantador comedor y luego a una graciosa cocina. El patio incluye una zona de comedor y escaleras que conducen a la terraza, que dispone de una zona de estar. También hay un baño en la planta baja. En la planta superior hay un dormitorio encantador a la izquierda, y un baño y un dormitorio grande a la derecha. Un lugar realmente encantador con una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar del pueblo. Netflix disponible.
Cabe destacar que disponemos de fibra óptica con internet de alta velocidad para poder teletrabajar. También disponemos de cubos de reciclaje para cuidar del medioambiente.

On arrival Maria warmly welcomed us, guided us throughthe traditional yet chic home and recommended places to eat during our stay. She was always on hand should we have a query regarding the smallest of things and a combination of her hospitality and an unparalleled location to stay made the week extra special. We would fully recommend staying hereany of the exceptional homes Maria looks after, you won’t be let down and we certainly will look at booking here again in the future!

House was very clean and comfortable, location in the centre of the old town is brilliant. We were able to watch the procession on Viernes Santo from the balcony. Lots of good restaurants, bakery, supermarket all within a few minutes walk.

The price you pay for being in the center of things is that the free parking, of which there is plenty, is a 10 minute walk away - bring luggage with wheels and you'll be fine!

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Stadthaus direkt am Fuße des Kalvarienbergs und unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Die Unterkunft macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, sauber undgeräumig (für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche). Allerdings ist sie nicht ganz so hell und weitläufig, wie sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Das Klavier im Wohnzimmer ist reine Deko (nicht spielbar). Die Umgebung ist - weil zentral - lebendig, d.h. es fahren auch Autos am Haus vorbei und vom gegenüberliegenden Lokal ist Musik zu hören. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Wir haben uns mit einem Wein oder Kaffee auf die Bank vor dem Haus (ein wirklich netter Platz) gesetzt und dem Treiben zugeschaut. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Bäckerei, so dass der tägliche Bedarf leicht gedeckt werden kann. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz (Aus- und Einladen kann man direkt vor dem Haus aber nicht dauerparken) ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Pollenca hat eine herrliche kleine Altstadt, die man von diesem Haus aus bestens genießen kann.
