The villa inside is perfect, all be it a bit "dated".

The downside of the very private and secluded back yard is that it is so closed up that barely any wind comes in, which means that in de evenings it stays rather hot outside, much hotter than in the surrounding area. This could perhaps be improved with a few fans outside. Also the "lounging" space outside is fairly limited, you can either sit at the outside dining table or lay on the sun beds. Also there is barely any space left between the porch and the swimming pool to lay in the sun, should you want that. Lastly we were plagued by mosquitos, which probably is also partly due to the very closed up outside area.

This beautifully furnished villa in Marbella boasts 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior is filled with natural light streaming in through the many large windows. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the sea, the Elviria center is just 500 meters away. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the Greenlife and Santa Maria Golf courses are a mere 100 meters and 300 meters away, respectively.

For daily essentials, there is a Carrefour Express supermarket conveniently located 500 meters away. Guests can also enjoy the nearby Elviria sand beach, which is just 1 km away. The Malaga airport is a 45 km drive from the property.The villa is fully equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can relax in the garden or terrace area, which comes with garden furniture, a fenced garden, and a barbecue. For entertainment, there is an internet connection (Wi-Fi), a TV, and a private swimming pool. Central heating and air conditioning throughout the house keep the interior at a comfortable temperature. Guests can park their cars in the garage located in the same building.The electric independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen also comes with dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils.
