The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants along the from and also a 5 minute walk to the local shops. It is also a quick drive to Mercadona&#47 Lidl and into Marbella. The villa had everything we needed and was a lovely private place to relax. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, you really can relax and unwind here. We would definitely love to come back in the future! Thank you for a lovely place to have our wonderful holiday!

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities

Excellent villa for a holiday. Villa had everything we needed and more. The pool and garden area was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine (on Saturday and Sunday - see further comments). Less than 10 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach with a selection of eating places on the beach itself.
Unfortunately for us, but it won´t be a problem in future, the villa over the wall from the swimming pool was being renovated so we had no peace during the weekdays from the machinery being used by the workmen and from the workmen talking and their radio. It wasn´t the relaxing week we envisaged when we booked the villa and found ourselves having to go out to escape the noise. I would suggest the villa is not suitable for 3 couples as the twin bedroom in the villa itself is small and more suited to children.

Ein sehr netter Ort, das Haus liegt zentral, dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist praktisch uneinsehbar und bietet eine sehr intime / familiäre Atmosphäre. Es sind ca. 5 Min zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Der Strand ist wunderschön mit Restaurans, Bars, Liegen etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 Min zu Fuß. Mit dem Auto gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren mit zwei Familien da und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt!

The local beach had some really nice bars and restaurants and wasnt full of tourists it seemed more spanish area. The food prices were good too. Short walk to the shop and pizza place. The small pool was just big enough and it was so relaxing and quiet

Superbe Villa dans un quartier très calme Costabella à 5Km du centre de Marbella. Magnifique vue sur la mer et très belle piscine les enfants ont adorés !!! Tv connectée à internet et wi-fi gratuit jusque dans le jardin !!! Plage accessible à quelques mètres à pied. Reinier très chaleureux et discret.
La 3ème chambre au sous sol de la maison avec le moteur de la piscine c´est moyen mais heureusement qu´il y avait un lit pliable que nous avons montés pour notre 3ème enfant. Malheureusement le client précédent était parti avec le bip du garage nous n´avons donc pas pu en profiter mais nous pouvions facilement garer la voiture devant la maison.

Private villa on its own plot with private pool in the beachside area of Costabella, just east of the town Marbella and walking distance from the best beach in the area.This property has two bedrooms on the main level together with a large bathroom, kitchen and lounge opening up to the large terrace that has glass curtains providing for extra living space in winter and refreshing outdoor space in summer.The lower floor at the pool level has a studio with an other bedroom, small kitchen and shower/toilet.The property is very conveniently located at about 250 to 300 meters walking from the beach and amenities at hand as well.
