Plan your dream holiday in this exclusive townhouse in a fantastic location by the sea. It is perfect for your next holiday!
The holiday home is situated in first sea line and only a few metres away from the sandy beach.
The ground floor consists of an en-suite room, a dining room with a kitchen, with a large window opening onto the terrace and the pool, which offers amazing views of the sea. Upstairs we find a beautiful bedroom with fabulous sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea and the whole island.
The property has private parking.
There is the possibility of renting the Twinhouse next door.
The beautiful beach with crystal clear water of Son Serra de Marina is only a few minutes walk away, two small supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, are only a few minutes walk from the holiday home. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet fishing village in the north of Mallorca and very popular with surfers.

Really amazing views outside. Nice and stylish villa inside. We were enjoyed our time time there. But what was really annoying it is to many doubts in us as a guests. We provided photos of our passport three times. Also we need to provide our flightnsee more

Ein sehr schönes neues Haus, direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück. Vom Bett im Schlafzimmer direkter Blick auf das Meer. Sehr ruhiges Dorf, zumindest im März - das richtige um zuentspannen.

Really lovely house, just like the pics. Good privacy even when there are people staying next door. Pool is great and there are wonderful swimming beaches walking distance. A few nice places to eat walking distance as well. Highly recommended

Zugang zum Meer direkt am Haus felsig - aber lädt zum Schnorcheln ein. In der Nähe ist der Mora-Strand zu empfehlen, genau wie das Lokal Sis Pins. Bedingt durch Corona-Einschränkungen nichts los auf der Insel. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub - gerne wieder.

Unser bester Urlaub

Vor über einem Jahr beschlossen wir unseren Urlaub mal anders als im Hotel auf unserer Lieblingsinsel zu verbringen. Nach dem sich die Suche nach dem "Traumferienhaus" schwierig gestaltete, wurden wir dann in Son Serra de Marina fündig. AlleKriteriensee more
Vor über einem Jahr beschlossen wir unseren Urlaub mal anders als im Hotel auf unserer Lieblingsinsel zu verbringen. Nach dem sich die Suche nach dem "Traumferienhaus" schwierig gestaltete, wurden wir dann in Son Serra de Marina fündig. AlleKriterien schienen erfüllt. Lage am Meer mit Pool, modern, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer und klimatisiert. Wir erfüllten uns unseren Ferientraum für 3 Wochen.(Letztes Jahr war das Haus noch heilwegs bezahlbar...dieses Jahr für 2019 leider schon ca.50€/Tag mehr...) Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur(Pep) auch wenn nur auf Englisch oder mit Google Translator war vor und während des Aufenthalts über Email und Whats App problemlos. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir um 15.00 Uhr freundlich von Angelika(Schwiegermutter vom Eigentümer) freundlich auf Deutsch begrüßt. Die eigentliche Übergabe erledigte dann Pep in Englisch. Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben in jeder Etage eine Klimaanlage, Bad on Suite im OG und im Keller. Leider kein Bad im EG. Ansonsten alles soweit da und modern. Wlan im EG und OG funktioniert. Draußen und im Souterrain nicht mehr. SAT Tv ist vorhanden. TIP wer es benötigt FIRE TV Stick mitnehmen funktioniert. Netzwerkkabel für Notebook nicht vergessen. Eigener Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Ansonsten einkaufen in Can Picafort Eroski oder Mercadona. Das beste an dem Haus ist die Lage! Traumhaft schöner Blick auf das Meer und das 3 Wochen... wenig bis keine Touristen. Essen kann man in Son Serra de Marina in jedem Reataurant. Wir können besonders das Lago empfehlen! Der Chef ist der Eigentümer vom Haus! Ausflüge nach Arta, Colonia de Saint Pere und Betlem sind Pflicht. Super Natur und noch kein Massentorismus. Vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen 3 Wochen.....So etwas muss man lange suchen
