Welcome to this wonderful townhouse with a seaside location in a lovely neighborhood with lots of attractions close by. A very pleasurable and restful vacation would be made possible by the tropical gardens and easy access to the beach. It's fantastic that there are eateries right outside the gate, and everything is easily accessible on foot.

The flat itself sounds incredibly roomy and well-equipped, with space for 8 people and 4 bedrooms. Also, the stylish furnishings and contemporary restoration sound like excellent touches. This is a really handy place to stay if you want to explore the area because of how close it is to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions like San Pedro Alcantara and Puerto Banus.

The outside eating area, patio chairs, and Barbecue are ideal for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and several TVs are all very practical amenities. For those arriving by car, the covered parking space just outside the front door is a thoughtful addition.

Overall, it seems like an excellent choice to stay in this oceanfront apartment for a family holiday in a nice area with lots of services and attractions close by.
