This is a completely renovated first floor, two bed apartment, designed by a Scandinavian interior designer with your holiday stay comfort and calm in mind. It is tucked away on a beautiful tree lined and sunlit walkway in the heart of down-town Marbella’s exclusive shopping area between the famous Avenue Ricardo Soriano street and Calle Alonso de Bazan street which are peppered with well known and popular traditional Tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries, boutique shops and bars.
Your first floor apartment is cool, contemporary and, even without the state of the art air conditioning turned on, you will notice the gentle and cool air circulating between the two landmark streets, and through the trees, keeping you relaxed and comfortable, even on the hottest of Spanish summer days. If your preference is an off-season stay, your apartment has new noise and heat insulating windows and under-floor heating, a renowned Italian restaurant on the ground floor and the famous Cripan bakery and other coffee shops and bars in the square right outside your door, all open year around – So no excuse for not considering a well deserved summer, winter or off season break.
The fully equipped Kitchen and large Utility are stocked with state-of-the art Bosch dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, with a large private space to wash and dry clothes. The Sitting/Dining room is spacious with very high ceilings and multiple lighting options to match your mood. Dining for up to six, comfortable seating, curved TV with WiFi, and a Hi-Fi are ready to use. You also have a built in stereo radio and Bluetooth music centre to connect to your phone or any device, to entertain while you are entertaining. Leading from the sitting room, the terrace gets the sun in the afternoons and will seat six to eight people comfortably around the large outdoor dining table and chairs.
The bright main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and big window (with black-out security screens as in all rooms), and enough storage space for any extended stay. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day shopping or by the sea. The second bathroom has a powerful shower for washing away any cares and both are beautifully and recently furnished for your comfort.
The second bedroom deserves a paragraph to itself because it has three beds – A double bed created by our Scandinavian designer and anchored between floor and ceiling, reached by railed steps with a single bed underneath. While we would not recommend the double bed for children or infirmed; teenagers or adventurous adults will love the novelty and unique privacy of it – We did! There is also a generous single bed underneath and again, more storage space than you will ever need.
Iron, ironing board, hair drier and all apartment essentials are here for you. But forget ironing or cooking! Go out and experience this delightful and compact city. Embrace the culture of the most charming people in all of Spain (so they say) and breath in the soul of beautiful Marbella, the minute you walk out the front door. Explore the famous Orange Square in Marbella’s old town just five minutes walk from your apartment. Or, go the opposite direction with a three minutes walk to the best beach in Marbella. Day or night, take a quick walk in any direction to incredible Tapas bars or Michelin star restaurants. Очень плохо убрано, в тех местах где не часто убирают - полно пыли. Плохая сантехника, шумит, капает, течет. Вообщем. Если подмести и немного помыть стены и заменить кое что по сантехнике, я бы поставил высокую оценку. Тк я не думаю что поблизости есsee more
