Penthouse with three bedrooms in Alcazaba Beach in Estepona. The penthouse faces southeast and overlooks Gibraltar, the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa.
The home has been renovated with quality materials. From the entrance we enter the living-dining room (with large corner sofa & TV and dinner table for six persons) where you will find a modern Bulthaup kitchen fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances. Two bedrooms (master bedroom with kingsize bed, TV and connecting bathroom and a bedroom with kingsize bed and connecting bathroom). From the master bedroom and the living/dining room there is access to a terrace (partially under roof) with sitting & reading corner and nice views over the pool area and the ocean. The second bedroom has a small balcony.
From the terrace we find the stairs that lead to the upper terrace with chill out area and outdoor kitchen with gas grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On this floor is the third bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.
Air conditioning throughout the home and underfloor heating in the living/dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, which provides a good climate even in winter. Water softener and Sonos sound systems inside the home and on the terraces.
Alcazaba Beach is an exclusive residential area of over 75,000 m2 and has 24 hour security, seven pools (including one heated), six tennis courts, three paddle tennis courts, soccer field, playground, gym and sauna. There is also a restaurant and bar in the area (open April-October), and you can reach the city of Estepona within walking distance.
