Beautiful Majorcan villa in picturesque area, ideal place for a family holiday. We’ve enjoyed at the gorgeous pool and patio area, lovely bbq’s and playing ping pong and also the jacuzzi. Very comfortable inside the house as well and loved the tomatoes at the Orchard ????. We will love to come back ????

Lovely villa, a real treat it’s huge! 5 of us in total and plenty of space. 3 of the rooms are more than adequate with plenty of storage and air con in each, the pool is large and maintained to a high standard. The grounds of this property are well taken care of and immaculate, hot tub was another nice touch along with a table tennis table and some board games, books and plenty of info on the local area supplier in the villa. Takes about 10 mins by car to get to either Pollença old townPuerto pollenca, there is a Lidl and weak shopping centre also only 10 mins up the road by car. Staff were great through our visit with plenty of information if and when needed. The villa is top of our list if we come back to Mallorca, beautiful island.

We had a lovely stay at Pep’s house. The kids had a super time in the good sized pool. Although the house is remote, it is very close to shops and restaurants (approx 5-10 minute drive) and a car would be essential. It is a great sized house, very spacious inside & out and only approx 50 mins from airport in a beautiful part of Majorca

Location is spot on! Short drive to any part of Majorca, house itself was very clean and nice, at the same time very private. Perfect for family holidays. Kids loved the house, lots of space and you can drive anywhere you like withing 15 minutes, would definitely come back. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here with our 22 month old little girl. It was very peaceful but also close enough to local towns to get fooda coffee. We spent many afternoons watching the birds in the garden too, great fun. Extremely clean and Pep was very responsive. Thank you for some great memories!

Not everything was clean and there was no place nearby for garbage. If you don´t have a car, you can not really take care of it.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der schönen Villa Can Canaveret. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig und erholsam. Morgens hört man höchstens einen Hahn krähen, Landleben pur auf Mallorca. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Port de Pollenca oder Alcudia. Die Finca ist ein Traum, sehr groß, sauber und prima ausgestattet. Ein Blick vom Balkon auf den schönen Pool am Morgen genügt und man ist sofort entspannt. Maggie und Pep sind stets erreichbar und ermöglichen alle extra Wünsche, wenn sie können. Tolle Kommunikation und Betreuung vom Feinsten. Schlüsselübergabe plus Wegbeschreibung, alles top! Wir kommen immer wieder!

We chose Villa can Canaveret as we were staying in the Pollensa area, going cycling for a few days, and we needed somewhere spacious, quiet and private to relax after a long day in the saddle. Villa can Canaveret delivered on all these points.It’s located approx mid way between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, around a 10 mins drive from either, in a quiet rural area surrounded by other large plot villas and some agricultural small holdings. Check in and communications were fine, all contact done by txt and access via a key safe so you have immediate access to the property on arrival. This is a large 4 bedroom villa, with plenty of indoor space, but it is the external space which excels, the pool, hot tub, patio and table tennis all getting plenty of use! The beds were comfy, there is plenty of wardrobe space and storage, and the villa provided an excellent base for us during our weeks stay. We all would be happy to return in the future.

We spent 2.5 weeks from mid to end of September in this wonderful villa - and enjoyed it a lot. From the beginning on I enjoyed the professional communication with Maggie (Pep´s partner) - short answer times, useful information, just perfect. Whenyou book private houses you never know - communications can be good, they can be bad - but here it was very professional and very well organized. Besides this they are very flexible - we didn´t need so much cleaning during our stayasked if we could check-out two hours later - no matter which arrangement, nothing was a problem.

What an amazing stay! Beautiful Villa with everything one needs, stunning outside area, a huge pool and perfect communication before and throughout the entire stay. We were even allowed to stay longer, as we had a late flight. Every question andproblem we had, was solved immediately and the communication between the owner and the rental company was perfect. We received a ton of recommendations for the area beforehand, which was very helpful. We will definitely recommend the place to family and friends. Was an absolutely perfect stay!

Es una finca tradicional mallorquina con un estilo de casa de campo, con vigas de madera el cual le da un toque único, unos ventanales amplios con vista a la montaña.La planta baja cuenta con un salón de estar conectado al comedor con aire acondicionado, una cocina completa, un aseo con lavandería.En la segunda planta encontrará 4 habitaciones equipadas con mucho cariño; La matrimonial en suite con aire acondicionado y baño completo. Luego dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales y aire y por ultimo una habitación pequeña con una cama individual, estas tres comparten un baño completo con dos lavabos, bañera, WC y bidet.

Las conocidas playas de Cala San Vicente a 5 km. El principal atractivo de Cala Sant Vicente es disfrutar de la tranquilidad y visitar las diversas playas como Cala Barques, Cala Clara y Cala Molin. Las aguas cristalinas y las formaciones rocosas hacen de Cala Sant Vicente un lugar ideal para el buceo. En el casco antiguo de Pollença encontrará muchas oportunidades para ir de compras y una gran variedad de restaurantes. También hay un gran mercado de frutas y verduras todos los domingos.
