Esta villa es perfecta para cualquier tipo de clima, ya que cuenta con aire acondicionado y una chimenea en la sala de estar y el comedor. Cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada, 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas con camas dobles y la tercera con dos camas individuales. Compartiendo un baño y un aseo.
En el exterior hay una piscina grande, en la parte superior de la casa encontrará una maravillosa terraza con vistas a la Tramontana.
La Finca destaca especialmente la ubicación de ensueño en un ambiente natural y muy privado.
Hay un montón de espacio para aparcar coches.
Se recomienda alquilar un coche para esta propiedad.

La casa de vacaciones está situado en una zona tranquila a sólo 2 minutos en coche del pueblo de Pollensa. Las conocidas playas de Cala San Vicente a 5 km. El principal atractivo de Cala Sant Vicente es disfrutar de la tranquilidad y visitar las diferentes playas como Cala Barques, Cala Clara y Cala Molin. Las aguas cristalinas y las formaciones rocosas hacen de Cala Sant Vicente un lugar ideal para el buceo.
En el casco antiguo de Pollença encontrará muchas oportunidades para ir de compras y una gran variedad de restaurantes. También hay un gran mercado de frutas y verduras todos los domingos.
El punto de referencia del casco antiguo son los 365 escalones y el Calvario, en cuya cima se encuentra la pequeña capilla barroca del siglo XVIII. Cada escalón simboliza un día del año.
En el ambiente histórico de Pollença se celebran numerosos actos culturales y festivales de música.

The garden is lovely and we enjoyed the fresh lemons!! It’s fairly quiet apart from a cockerel who doesn’t know when it’s time to sing and when NOT to.. We would love to come back one day. Die Finca überzeugt vor allem im Aussenbereich durch einen tollen, großen Garten, Pool, BBQ Stelle und drei Terrassen, sodass man immer die Sonne und den Ausblick auf die umliegende Naturgenießen kann. Die Finca liegt nur wenige Minuten von Pollenca entfernt. Traumstrände wie die Platja de Formentor oder Platja de Muro sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert und problemlos. Der Check-In komplett kontaktlos und jederzeit möglich.
